SLOW THE FLOW DOWN

Take the afternoon to chill in front of the fire. Ease into very gentle postures to compliment the season, float away during Yoga Nidra (a type of Yogic sleep), learn + practise some gentle Thai Massage to aid relaxation. All with a little tea break and something to take home for som extra relaxation.

Absolutely no experience of Yoga is necessary for this event - all movement will be at a sloth-like pace and we will have plenty of props (cushions, blankets, bolsters, eye pillows...I could go on) to support us.

We’ll start the day with a sixty minute class. Moving with the breath, we’ll work, through sun salutations, a strong, yet simple vinyasa flow incorporating longer holds to work on feeling strength and stability in the body.

Next, we’ll head downstairs to grab a drink from the legends at Regular Jo’s.

Finally we’ll meander down to the beach for an optional dip in the sea at King Eddie’s before piling into the Steam and Salt sauna where we can slather ourselves in Maggie’s homemade scrubs, breathe in the goodness and chat nonsense!
