Winter Retreat

Friday 14th - 16th February 2025

As we make our way towards the close of Winter we are going to eke out the most of sleepy season. The days are getting longer, so it’s the perfect time to reflect and set intentions for the more energetic seasons that are coming our way.

The retreat falls on Valentines weekend, so there will be a theme of love interwoven throughout the weekend. Celebrating all forms of love: romantic, platonic and the love we have for ourselves.

We’ll learn about the heart space from a yogic perspective, delving a little deeper into our practice than the physical.

Enjoy a variety of yoga types - all suitable for beginners. Relax in the sauna or wood-fired hot tubs, or have a little wander in the woodland. The amazing Bianco Perry is going to be running a hand-stitch workshop for us too!

As always, this retreat is an option to do what feels good for you, perhaps you join in with everything on offer or perhaps you use this time to nest in front of the fire with a book.

Your Host, Amy:

  • Amy has practised Yoga for around 13 years. She qualified as a teacher in 2019. Since then, she has completed further 450 hours in training in Bali, India and London.

She loves getting into the nitty - gritty of postures. This means she incorporates movements beyond what your would see in a more traditional Yoga class. She uses intelligent sequencing to build in specific strength, flexibilit and mobility exercises to help unlock some of the more challenging postures.

Embracing what you have is part of Amy’s ethos, she believes that a lot of what holds us back is in our minds rather than our bodies.

She loves giving people the space to have a got at things that wouldn’t have normally, while equally encouraging people to take a step back if that’s what feels right too.
