DAY RETREAT: YOGA AND LINO PRINTING

A day retreat made purely for relaxation and creativity - the two often go hand in hand. Giving our brains a break from their usual place of problem solving.

When we arrive we’ll enjoy teas, coffees and light snacks. After this we'll move through a gentle yoga class with breath to relax and ease tension.

After this we'll go for a little potter around Ingram Valley - maybe dip our feet in the River Breamish. When bellies begin to rumble we'll return and enjoy a delicious May feast from Natalie - we can cater to dietary requirements.

After lunch we'll be guided through our Lino printing workshop by the incredible Helen from Canny Cool Prints.

This retreat is perfect is perfect if you prefer a more gentle style of yoga - restorative, yin, gentle floe. It’s also great of those who are brand new to yoga and want to ease themselves in.

The printing workshop is also great for those who are completely new to Lino, like wise if you’re more familiar, you’ll have the chance to hone your skills.

DAY: DIP HIKE FLOW

A full day dedicated to you - give yourself a break, connect with others or just enjoy some quiet time.

Nestled in the beautiful Ingram Valley, we will be working with the suns energy to flow and breathe through more dynamic and energetic practices. Of course, the option is always there to take it slow and chill out if that suits your personal energy better on the day.

A flexible schedule to make the most of what the weather is but roughly it will look like this:

10am Welcome, teas & snacks

10:30am Flow & Breathe (90 mins)

12pm Nourish with delicious lunch from the wonderful @freska_food

12:30pm Hike - around 5km

3pm Tea, coffee and big stretch

4pm Refresh with waterfall dip (45 min walk each way)
